No. All prices are exclusive of GST. GST is charged as applicable, and a valid GST invoice is provided with every order.

We dispatch orders across PAN India and also cater to export trade.

• Ready stock orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days.
• Made-to-order or fresh production orders require a minimum of 30 days, depending on fabric availability.

Orders are dispatched across PAN India through reliable transport and courier partners after payment confirmation. 

All products are carefully packed using appropriate protective materials to maintain shape, finish, and fabric quality during transit.

We work with quality fabrics such as silk blends, jacquard, and festive base materials suited for ethnic wear.

We recommend dry clean only, especially for embroidered, zari, or embellished garments.

Minor variations in colour, embroidery placement, or fabric texture may occur due to the nature of ethnic fabrics and production processes.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or product damage identified at the time of receipt. The goods must be reported immediately and returned in original condition. No returns or exchanges are accepted for other reasons.

Goods are dispatched at the buyer’s risk. We are not responsible for damages or shortages after dispatch.
