Refund policy

• Chiklet operates on a wholesale and trade-only basis.
• Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or product damage identified at the time of delivery.
• Any issues must be reported immediately upon receipt of goods. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.
• Approved refunds are provided as a credit note or adjustment against future orders.
• Cash refunds are not applicable.
• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
• All goods are dispatched at the buyer’s risk, and Chiklet is not responsible for damages or shortages after dispatch
