Terms of service

  • Colours may vary based on fabric availability and production batches. Exact colour shades cannot be guaranteed.
  • Full payment must be made within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Orders will be executed subject to the availability of raw materials at the time of production.
  • Prices quoted exclude applicable taxes and are subject to market fluctuations.
  • All goods are dispatched at the buyer’s risk and responsibility.
  • All consignments are shipped on a consignee-risk basis.
  • Chiklet is not responsible for any loss, damage, shortage, or delay once the goods are handed over to the transporter.
  • All transactions and disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
